That's totally up to you! Many of our clients choose us instead of, but some do both. The POV of our films makes you feel the intimacy, familiarity, and hilarity of hanging out with your family and friends. And there are definitely many more moments and perspectives shown in our films because it's not just one or two people walking around filming.

That's amazing - congrats! If you're trying to minimize phone usage during the ceremony, AND you want the ceremony in the film, we recommend asking one or two friends to discreetly film for you (two is best since there will be a better chance of capturing the important moments!). But if you don't mind the ceremony video excluded from your film, we'll happily work with your professional photographer to include beautiful still images to show that part of your day (we have done this before and the result was beautiful).

We work with you to create beautiful collateral that match the colors and vibe of your wedding. You'll receive these as digital files (pdfs). You will then need to send these files to a company like Staples or Mpix to have them printed with the appropriate lead times for your wedding. Couples enlarge and display these at the bar, in reception bathrooms (odd, yes - but it works!) and printed smaller for hotel room gift bags.

As much as you want! Typically, guests submit footage from the very beginning - when the wedding party is getting ready - to the very end of your day. HOWEVER - you can include whatever you'd like! Want to include footage of your engagement party or the rehearsal? Display the artwork & QR codes there! Are you having a destination wedding? Include the whole 4 days! This answer is totally up to you and we'll discuss in our intro call.

The length of your film will be between 3 and 15 minutes long, and totally depends on the amount of people uploading their content. As long as YOU are excited about this film and have displayed the QR codes, helped send the pre and post-wedding emails, then you won't have a problem with the amount of footage. Your people love you and they'll be just as excited as you are to see the final film!

Oh heck no (but the good news is that you’ll receive all that footage separately!). We love your guests but some of their footage will be...questionable. Our team of experienced video editors will hand select the best of the best moments for your film. Trust us - you don't want us including EVERYthing they submit!

Nope! We love sharing your films, but your privacy is of utmost importance. Totally up to you.

Our preference is to give you a horizontally oriented film. This is because horizontal films capture much more of a scene than vertical, and they look tons better when watched on a TV or tablet. Because we're educating your guests one week prior to your day on how to take amazing videos, most they submit will be horizontal. And if they're not, that's ok - we'll still use them!

This really depends on the quality of video clips submitted. All of our final films are in a format that supports 4K and up to 8K Ultra high-def.

Of course! They'll submit them the same way the do the videos.

Wedding films take 6-8 weeks to create once all footage has been submitted (we leave the portal open for 12 days). So your final film will be delivered 6-10 weeks after your wedding date.
